Intimate gatherings · 10 guests maximum

Private dining is currently limited to 10 guests total, including when an assistant is present. Larger events are not currently accepted.

Just Us is individually plated for 2–4 guests. Meet Me at the Table is family-style by default; the chef can serve 5–7 guests alone, while 8–10 guests require an assistant. Plated service may be requested for Meet Me at the Table, but requires an assistant at any guest count. The Solayne Experience is individually plated; four guests may be served by the chef alone, while 5–10 guests require an assistant. Menu complexity or venue layout may require assistance sooner.

Just Us

A three-course in-home dinner designed for an intimate evening. Each guest receives an individually composed plate. Menu planning, shopping, cooking, service, and kitchen cleanup are included.

Meet Me at the Table

A soulful three-course gathering created for connection, with dishes presented at the table for everyone to share. Family-style service for 5–7 guests may be handled by the chef alone; 8–10 guests require an assistant. Individually plated service is available by request and requires an assistant.

The Solayne Experience

An elevated four-course, chef-led experience with a fully customized menu, expressive presentation, and each course individually plated. Four guests may be served by the chef alone; 5–10 guests require a service assistant.

FUSED: A Global Table

Mediterranean, Italian, Caribbean, and other world influences—experienced through my interpretation with plants at the center. Includes a simple coordinated tablescape with thoughtful florals or greenery, candles, napkins, and serving pieces selected to complement the menu.

$110 per guest · 6-guest minimum · starting at $660

Starting prices reflect the minimum guest count for each experience. Just Us begins at $400 for two guests, with each additional guest priced at $125. Listed prices cover standard plant-forward or vegetarian menus. Select finfish, premium ingredients, specialty rentals, travel outside the standard service area, and additional staffing receive a separate quote based on the final menu and event needs.

In your space

Private dining is prepared and served in your home or at an approved venue with a working kitchen. Drop-off catering is not currently offered.

When extra hands are needed

Service assistance

One assistant is $175 for up to four hours, then $40 per additional hour. An assistant is required for Meet Me at the Table with 8–10 family-style guests, any plated Meet Me at the Table service, and The Solayne Experience with 5–10 guests. Other events may require assistance based on menu complexity or venue layout.
